Hugo and Margaret Boyle retired 12 years ago and focused on a hobby that had been the passion of a lifetime. They filled a house which Hugo inherited from his uncle John Mici Ban with artifacts of rural life from the early 20th century. Now they have a museum which would leave even the best in the shade. But most remarkably, they invite everybody to come in and get a glimpse of times past, show you how everything was used and what it’s function was, tell you a multitude of stories and even give you a cup of tea to go with it – All without charge. Their reward is meeting new people, having a chat and sharing their love of antiques! Truly inspirational!
